Nutrition & Training package includes a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your dietary preferences, goals, and lifestyle, along with a customized workout plan designed to fit your fitness level and schedule. You’ll also receive ongoing support, progress check-ins biweekly, and access to “My favourite recipes” book like meal ideas.

When you sign up, you’ll complete an in-depth questionnaire about your health, fitness level, lifestyle, and goals. We will then design a plan that aligns with your specific needs, considering any dietary restrictions, fitness goals, and preferences. Everything will be sent to you via App so your program will be always easily accessible.

After you have a plan, you follow it for 4 weeks. After that, we have a check-in where we discuss your results and future plans, why you can sign up for a new training and nutrition plan.
