My journey began with over a decade of ballet, where I learned the dedication and discipline required to master movement. Transitioning from the grace of ballet to the strength of fitness, I discovered how empowering it is to build and transform my own body. This shift not only changed my physique but also gave me a new perspective on life.
With over ten years of experience as a personal trainer, group instructor, TRX coach, and nutritionist, I’ve proudly helped hundreds of women on their fitness journeys.
I created GYM 1.0 because I understand how intimidating starting a fitness journey can be, especially when life is full of uncertainties. I wanted to offer a program that’s simple, adaptable, and accessible —something that can fit into any woman’s life, no matter where she’s starting from.
GYM 1.0 is the result of my experiences and the lessons I’ve learned along the way. I’m committed to developing programs that work for women rather than intimidate them. I hope we get the chance to work together towards a simpler, healthier life.
